“Everyday Voice” Campaign
Campaign Launch:
The “Everyday Voice” platform officially launched in April 2021 in Canada.
I helped maintain and execute paid social media for Ricola’s award-winning Everyday Voice campaign — a humorous, efficacy-focused platform celebrating the small everyday voice moments we take for granted (and often lose when sick).
During my time, we scaled performance-led assets across Meta and YouTube, including iterations for new social campaigns like Berry Medley. The campaign saw a 240% lift in message association above CPG norms and was awarded Effie Gold (2022). I supported the media rollout, optimizations, and reporting through the final stretch of the campaign.
This work also played a part in the brand's Condé Nast partnership and international adaptation of our creative in Germany.
Product Expansion
I supported the social launch of Berry Medley, one of the key SKUs during my time on the account. Creative assets included playful voice-over lines like “Your voice makes Berry good points.”
Social Channel Expansion
In early 2023, the team introduced short-form formats adapted for Meta, including 6- and 15-second cuts inspired by TikTok trends. I helped support rollout and asset coordination across these formats.Media Operations & Collaboration
